Jamestown ND (Chamber) – The Loyal to Local Passport Program is back for the 2025 holiday season, inviting shoppers to celebrate and support Jamestown’s local businesses in a fun and rewarding way.
Now in its fifth year, the program—organized by the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce—kicks off on Small Business Saturday, November 29, and runs through January 5, 2026. The initiative encourages residents and visitors to shop locally, rewarding participants for keeping their holiday spending within the community.
Shoppers can pick up a Loyal to Local Passport at the Chamber office or at participating businesses. Each time they make a purchase, businesses will stamp the passport based on the amount spent. Once a shopper reaches $250 in purchases across five or more locations, they can turn in their completed passport for a chance to win prizes. Passports may be submitted at the Chamber office (120 2nd St. SE) or at Zimmerman’s Furniture (118 2nd St. SW) by January 5.
In 2024, the Loyal to Local Passport Program saw record participation, with 561 completed passports and more than $148,000 in tracked local spending—an all-time high. The true impact is believed to be even greater, as many shoppers went beyond the required spending. More than 80 local businesses participated last year, benefiting directly from the program and helping keep dollars circulating in Jamestown during the critical holiday shopping season.
