…BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING…
* WHAT…Blizzard conditions. Total snow accumulations around 1 to 4
inches. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph.
* WHERE…Portions of north central and southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS…Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility. The hazardous conditions will severely impact the
morning commute. Very strong winds could cause damage to trees and
power lines.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
your vehicle. The latest road conditions can be obtained by calling 5
1 1.
