Kids ages 9 to 13 are invited to explore the magic of movie-making at the Alfred Dickey Library with a Stop Motion Film Club session on Monday, January 19th, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Participants will learn the basics of creating stop motion films, from planning a scene to bringing objects to life frame by frame. All equipment needed to create the films will be provided, making it easy for beginners to jump right in and start creating.
Registration is required for this hands-on program. Families can sign up online at the James River Valley Library System website. This fun and creative hour is a great opportunity for young filmmakers to learn new skills, use their imagination, and try something new at the library.
