    1. Approve the minutes from the August 13, 2012 regular Planning Commission meeting.

　

  1. Public Hearings:

 

    • The preliminary plat of Andersen’s Country View Estates, a replat of the south half of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6 of Country View Subdivision together with part of the southeast quarter of Section 9, T139N, R63W, Fifth Principal Meridian, Stutsman County, North Dakota.

 

    • The preliminary plat of Creative Energy Addition, that part of Government Lots 6 and 7 of Section 27, T140N, R64W, Extraterritorial lands of the City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota, lying 20 feet northeasterly of, as measured radially to the Red River and Valley Railroad main track centerline, southerly of Auditor’s Lot 27-1 and southwesterly of Stutsman County Road #40.

 

    • The preliminary plat of Western View, a replat of Lots 18, 19, and 20, Block 1, Ratunil Acres within the NW ¼ of Section 23, T140N, R64W, Midway Township, Extraterritorial Lands of the City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota.

 

                      Consider the final plat of Berndt’s Addition, A portion of Blocks 39, 40 & 47 and a portion of vacated 18th Ave adjacent to Block 32 together with a portion of those unplatted lands within Government Lot 12 of Section 26, T140N, R64W, City of Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota.
