Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 12ppm was detected. Firefighters advised occupants to have gas fired equipment serviced by a qualified firm or individual. Cause-gas appliance malfucntion. Time out 25 minutes.

January 4th, 6:29PM, fire department responded to 1409 3rd Ave NW, Single Family Dwelling, to report of a fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-undetermined. No injuries were reported. Time out 5 hours and 20 minutes.

January 5th, 10:05AM, fire department responded to 1409 3rd Ave NW, Single Family Dwelling, to report of smoke. Firefighters checked the structure and no fire. Cause-steam. No injuries were reported. Time out 35 minutes.
