BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – Bismarck police have arrested a man in an early morning gas station robbery.
Authorities allege the 21-year-old man walked into the Red Carpet shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday and demanded cash and cigarettes.
The suspect had his hand in the pocket of his sweat shirt, leading the clerk to believe he had a weapon.
The man left with cash and a pack of cigarettes. He was arrested a couple of hours later while walking along a street.
