RichardsonAllanDaleJamestown (CSi) Jamestown Police is warning residents of a convicted sex offender residing within the city.

64 year old Allan Dale Richardson is currently living at 2308 Circle Drive, North Dakota State Hospital, Jamestown.

Richardson is a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 225 pounds with blue eyes and blond hair. He does not have a vehicle.

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee of the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office.

He was convicted in Cass County, North Dakota, District Court, with Gross Sexual Imposition when he began having sexual contact with a 14 year old neighbor in her house in 1994.

He was also convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct, in 1981 in Clay County, Minnesota, District Court,  and in two separate Kidnapping incidents in Cass County, North Dakota, District Court in 1975  and  in  1981.

Richardson has been placed on GPS Monitoring.

Richardson is not wanted by police at this time and is serving his sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and any attempts to threaten, harass or intimidate will be subject for prosecution.
