Farmer Donates To Jmst Rural Fire Dept.

Jamestown (CSi) A farmer has donated to the Jamestown Rural Fire Department to help purchase a new pair of structural firefighting gloves for each fire department team member.

With assistance from America’s Farmers Grow Communities, Michael Carlson donated $2,500 to the Jamestown Rural Fire Department.

America’s Farmers Grow Communities offers farmers a chance to win $2,500, which is then donated to a farmer’s nonprofit of choice.

Since its inception the organization has donated over $16 million dollars to more than 6,500 nonprofit organizations.
