Call No. 68 March 16th, 12:23PM, ready squad responded to 1003 6th Ave SW, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 0ppm was detected. Cause-detector malfunction. Time out 30 minutes.

Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 54 ppm was detected. Firefighters advised occupant/s to have gas fired equipment serviced by a qualified firm or individual. Cause-gas appliance malfunction. Time out 40 minutes.
