BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A Belcourt man who was a member of the town’s Rural Fire Department has been sentenced for arson.
Thirty-seven-year-old Joseph Morin was accused of trying to burn down his former residence where his wife and children lived.
     U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Morin pleaded guilty in the
February incident and was sentenced to three years and 10 months in
prison, to be followed by two years of supervised release.
