UJlettersSmallJamestown (CSi) The University of Jamestown will present degrees to 190 graduates during its 108th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 10 at the Jamestown Civic Center. Baccalaureate takes place at 10:30 a.m. Commencement is at 2:30 p.m.

Dr. Gary Watts, Vice President and Dean of Academic Affairs, will deliver the Commencement address.

Speakers representing the Class of 2014 are Stephanie Erlandson, an exercise science graduate from Breckenridge, Minn.; and Peter Odney, a mass communication graduate from St. Paul, Minn. Ben Kirkeby, Assistant Professor and Psychology Department Chairman, will deliver the Baccalaureate address.

Dr. M. James Scherbenske, a 1959 graduate from Falls Church, Va., will be inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame on Friday, May 9 and recognized at the Commencement ceremony. Dr. Scherbenske is retired from the National Institutes of Health as a health scientist administrator.

The University of Jamestown Concert Choir will present a Commencement Concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 9 in Voorhees Chapel. The concert is free and open to the public.
