Call No. 122 June 1^st, 12:22PM, ready squad responded to 519 3^rd St SW, Multi Family Dwelling, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-intentional activation. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 123 June 1^st, 5:15PM, fire department heavy rescue and dive team responded to east of Spiritwood on old Hwy 10 to a report of person/s trapped in vehicle in the water. Fire units were cancelled en route, person/s were out. Time out 35 minutes.

Call No 124 June 1^st, 7:58PM, fire department responded to 1301 9^th Ave SE, Open Area, to a report of black smoke. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigated. Cause-unlawful burning within city limits. No injuries reported. Time out 40 minutes.

Call No. 126 June 5^th, 2:02AM, fire department responded to 1804 7^th Ave NE, Single Family Dwelling, to a report of smoke inside the structure. No smoke or fire was detected. Cause-undetermined. No injuries reported. Time out 50 minutes.

Call No. 127 June 5^th, 4:29PM, fire department responded to 2612 8^th Ave SW, Grizzly’s Restaurant, to a possible grease fire on the back side of the structure. Firefighters extinguished trash dumpster fire and investigated. Cause-hot ashes. No injuries reported. Time out 45 minutes.
