DAKOTA…AND PERSIST OVERNIGHT AS THEY SLOWLY MOVE EAST.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME LATE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS WOULD CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OVER ALREADY
SATURATED SOILS. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE
POSSIBLE LOCALLY…WITH AMOUNTS EXCEEDING 3 INCHES IF MULTIPLE
THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE OVER ONE AREA.
