Pioneer Days, N.D. 125th Celebration, Frontier Village

Jamestown (CSi) Plans are coming together, for Jamestown to help celebrate North Dakota’s 125^th Anniversary Celebration, during Pioneer Days at Frontier Village.

On Tuesday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Jamestown Tourism, Director, Searle Swedlund said, Pioneer Days at Frontier Village will be August 8-10, 2014, and on August 9^th the Frontier Village will host the North Dakota 125^th Anniversary events.

Included will be Frontier Village the locale for a picnic, a street dance and a free concert by “24/7,” from Fargo.

He indicated that the Young Professionals of Jamestown organization is coordinating the activities, including a shuttle to Frontier Village that day, to alleviate any parking congestion.

Tickets will be available to purchase with more information coming.

The picnic/party at Frontier Village will be from 5-p.m., to 7-p.m., and the free concert will be from 7-p.m., to 11-p.m.
