Bismarck (CSi) The Bismarck National Weather Service in Bismarck reports, in July 2014 Jamestown, recoredd an official .82 inches of rain, 2.53 inches below normal and the 9th driest July since 1893.
In July, Bismarck saw the 15th driest July since 1874, Minot with the 44th driest July since 1896 and Williston with the 13th driest July since 1894.
