JRMCJamestown  (CSi) The Jamestown Regional Medical Center Foundation will hold the 16th annual Pillars of Giving, a celebration of healthcare philanthropy, on Thursday, September 4 at the Gladstone Inn & Suites. This celebration will honor the supporters of the JRMC Foundation, announce the Philanthropist of the Year and celebrate the wins and future of care at JRMC.　

Those in attendance will have a special opportunity to hear from keynote speaker and storyteller extraordinaire, Kim Wagner.

“Being average or simply par is not good enough. From one’s first breath to one’s last, it is imperative that the journey be accomplished with joy and laughter,” says Wagner.

Keynote speaker, Kim Wagner, engages her audiences with a crazy, nitty-gritty sense of humor that leaves people wanting more. She enlightens, challenges and motivates people to look at their imperfections and see themselves a fabulous, children – no matter their age. She has inspired thousands of people to look at life as a series of celebrations, encouraging with spontaneity and humor. Kim is an authentic celebrator of life. She is a breast cancer survivor, a pastor’s wife and mother to four adult children, fudraiser, singer/songwriter, fabric hoarder and proud grandma.

“I would like to personally invite the community to our 16th annual celebration of healthcare philanthropy. This will be a night of celebrating our donors and everything they provide to JRMC,” said Lisa Jackson, JRMC Foundation Director.

The Pillars of Giving event is open to the community. The event will begin at 5:30 pm with a social, dinner and program will be at 6:30 pm. Cost is $40 per person and include drinks, meal and keynote. Please RSVP is by Friday, August 29.
