16thstrSW82514aJamestown (CSi)  Crews are working in the 1100 block of 16th Street SW in Jamestown between  11th Avenue SW and 14th Avenue SW near the Otter Tail Power Company substation.  Detours have been set up in that area.  The City Engineer’s Office says the work being performed is a valve replacement, stemming from last week’s water main break.  The work is expected to be completed yet on Monday.
