Anchor Bar breakin investigated

Jamestown (CSi) The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information concerning a breakin and burglary at the Anchor Bar, between Monday night and Tuesday afternoon, this week. The break-in was reported at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities say the front door was forced open using a prybar.

A green safe containing about $2,000 in cash was taken from the bar’s storage room.

Also, about $300 worth of cigarettes was also taken.
