NDHP1Jamestown (CSi) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, two Ashley, residents were injured in a rollover accident Tuesday about 3:30-p.m. on Highway 11, east of Ashley.

The driver 51 year old Cheryle Parker and her passenger, 41 year-old Timothy Aughe were traveling Eastbound on Highway 11 in a Jeep Cherokee, when the vehicle drove off the south shoulder of the roadway.

When taking evasive action, she lost control of the vehicle and it rolled.

The Jeep ended up on its wheels.

They both were wearing their seat belts.

Parker received injuries and was taken to Ashley Hospital and released.

Aughe was taken by Life Flight to St. Alexis Medical Center in Bismarck for non-life threatening injuries.

Assisting at the scene were Ashley Ambulance, Dickey County Sheriff’s Office, and the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office.

The accident remains under investigation
