Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Rural Fire Department responded to a tanker that flipped over on Stutsman County Road 40 2 1/2  miles east of Jamestown, east of the Cavendish turn Monday about 4:30-p.m.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, the truck tanker combination was hauling 6,400 gallons of water by-product from Jamestown to Spiritwood. The truck entered a sharp left curve. The truck slowed, the liquid load shifted causing the truck and trailer to roll. Both units came to rest in the south ditch.

The driver, 50 year old Dana Reidburn required extraction from under the front seat by the Jamestown Fire Department.

Hwy10accident92214-1Jamestown Area Ambulance transported the driver to the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

The crash remains under investigation.

The NDHP was assisted at the scene by the stutsman county sheriff’s office, jamestown fire and rescue, and jamestown area ambulance service.
