Sobriety NDHPFARGO (CSi) On Friday, October 3, 2014, the North Dakota Highway Patrol will conduct a sobriety checkpoint and alcohol saturation in Stutsman and Logan counties to deter impaired driving by using high visibility enforcement. A sobriety checkpoint will be held from 8-10 p.m.

This year, approximately 46 percent of fatal crashes have been alcohol-related. The Highway Patrol is reminding the public to plan ahead. Call a taxi or designate a driver if you plan to drink.
