Valley City (CSi)  A  Barnes County, Meet the Candidates Forum was hosted Thursday evening  by the Chamber  and Young Professionals Network,  at the Valley City Eagles Club.

The forum was recorded by CSi and replayed this past weekend onCSi 77 & CSi TV 10  as part of the Meet Your Candidates Series.

Meet Your Candidates – Barnes County Commission

At this forum,the Barnes County Commission candidates from Districts 2 and 3, focused on getting to know them better, and shared experiences to give  a greater insight into their qualities to make a good commissioner.

Invited candidates included Barnes County Commission candidates Phil Leitner, Mike Metcalf, Bill Carlblom, and Ryan Mathias.

Chamber Executive Kay Vinje says, previously a candidate forum was held in May this year, when the candidates were asked a series of questions on their political stances.
