FERC to hold Jmst scoping session pipeline Nov 19

Washington (CSi) The staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) will prepare an environmental assessment that will discuss the environmental impacts of the Wind Ridge Pipeline project.

It involves the construction and operation of facilities by WBI Energy Wind Ridge Pipeline, LLC and WBI Energy Transmission, Inc, in Stutsman, LaMoure,McIntosh, and Logan Counties.

FERC willl use the EA in its decision-making process to determine whether the project is in the public convenience and necessity.

Those interest may submit comments in written form or verbally.

In lieu of, or in addition to sending written comments a scoping meeting is set for:

• Wed Nov 19 – Jamestown 5:30 pm – KC Hall – 519 1^st Ave S

The scoping period will close on November 24, 2014.

Another meeting is planned on Thursday November 20, 2014 at 5:30-p.m., at the Wishek Civic Center, at 715 1^st Avenue South, in Wishek.
