Call No. 240 November 10th, 12:48AM, ready squad responded to 1509 10th St NE, Jamestown High School, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-systems malfunction. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 1 hour.

Call No. 241 November 13th, 7:39PM, fire department hazardous materials team responded to I-94 and 281 South, Super Pumper, to a report of fuel spill. Firefighters contained about 30 gallons of diesel fuel and requested city sand truck for assistances. No injuries reported. Time out 2 hours 20 minutes.

Call No. 242 November 14th, 1:00AM, ready squad responded to 910 7th St SW, Single Family Dwelling, to investigate carbon monoxide detector activation. Firefighters analyzed for carbon monoxide and 46 ppm was detected. Cause-fireplace. Time out 50 minutes.
