Call No. 243 November 18^th, 10:24AM, fire department responded to 419 5^th St NE, Multi Family Dwelling, to a report of smoke coming from an 4^th floor apartment. Firefighters investigated and there was no fire. Cause-burnt food. No injuries reported. Time out 20 minutes.

Call No. 244 November 19^th, 5:24PM, fire department responded to 523 2^nd Ave NW, Single Family Dwelling. Firefighters extinguish the fire and investigated. Cause-under investigation. (1) Firefighter was taken to JRMC for evaluation. No other injuries reported. Time out 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Call No. 245 November 22^nd, 8:00AM, ready squad responded to area of 515 4^th St SE, to investigate smoke scare. Firefighters checked the area and no fire were detected. Cause-steam from dryer vent. Time out 30 minutes.

Call No. 246 November 22^nd, 11:57AM, ready squad responded to 523 4^th Ave SE, Trinity Lutheran Church, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-burnt food. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 30 minutes.
