ovaconnieJamestown (CSi) The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) Board of Directors has approved a modification to a sales agreement between the JSDC and Tim Nill of Nill Construction.

Nill is in the process of purchasing a lot in the I-94 Business Park, east of U.S. Highway 281 and south of Interstate 94. The lot is being sold at a reduced price as a business incentive.

The board approved a Flex Pace interest buy down for Ben Pesek. Pesek is planning on constructing heated shop spaces to lease to other businesses.

The JSDC Board has also approved a 4 percent pay increase for JSDC CEO Connie Ova on a 10-4 vote.

The approved raise increases Ova’s salary to $90,698 per year.

Jamestown Mayor Katie Andersen, Chris Rathjen, Ramone Gumke and Brent Harris voted against the pay increase.

No discussion concerning job performance prior to the vote.
