JmstReservoir2011SatViewJamestown (CSi) Within 30 miles of Jamestown there are 20 bodies of water, that have been stocked with fish by the State Game and Fish Department.

On Thursday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, Jamestown Tourism Director Searle Swedlund said being an ice fisherman, he noted fishing opportunities at the reservoir, and other bodies of water, that attract visitors from around eastern North Dakota.

He pointed out that a number of individuals are coming the Jamestown area for ice fishing from the Fargo and Bismarck area.
