– High Risk sex offender changes address

Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Police Department wants to warn Jamestown residents regarding a convicted sex offender who has changed addresses in the City of Jamestown.

Dallas John Henry now resides at 1123 5th Avenue, Northeast, Jamestown ND

He previously lived at 517 4^th Street NW in Jamestown.

He is a 51 year old male 5 feet 11 tall weighing 225 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.

His vehicle is a green 1998 Chevy Silverado, with ND license plate, 3031 H.

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota Risk Level Committee, of the office of the North Dakota Attorney General.

Offense:

Indecent Exposure/Lewdness…Conviction date November 17, 2006, Carver District Court, Minnesota.

Disposition: four months , 28 days, 2 years supervised probation.

Offense: Criminal Sex Conduct, 2^nd Degree. Conviction date November 29, 1994, Hennepin District Court, Minnesota.

Disposition: 58 months, credit for time served: 66 days.

Offense: Attempted Rape. Conviction date September 26, 1985, Elkhart District Court, Indiana.

Disposition: 12 years, 4 years suspended.

Offense: Attempted Criminal Deviate Conduct. Conviction date: September 26, 1985 Elkhart District Court, Indiana.

Disposition 12 years; 4 years suspended.

Henry is not wanted by police at this time, and is currently serving the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety, and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
