Carrington  (CSi)  The new Foster County  Sheriff, Ian Mattice, was sworn in January 26, 2015.

Mattice and family moved from LaMoure to Carrington.

Mattice along with Pat Copenhaver, Jess Earle and Leasa Lura  replaced Foster County officials  who resigned late in 2014.
