Jamestown (CSi) Hope Adam, Mrs. South Fargo, was crowned Mrs. North Dakota America 2015 during the pageant weekend held in Jamestown. Hope follows Eliza Potratz, Mrs ND America 2014 (Jamestown). News from the Mrs ND America Facebook page.
Christine Jorrisen, Mrs. Jamestown, was named first runner up in the pageant which included five competitors from around the state. She was also named Mrs. Congeniality.
Adam said she will use her year as Mrs. North Dakota to help promote the state and the Jeremiah Program of Fargo-Moorhead. The Jeremiah Program aids single mothers and their children with educational opportunities.
Adam also took the top honors for the most photogenic face and being married the longest of the five contestants.
Also competing were Karen Brown-Handel, Mrs. Benson County, Shannon Smith-Eidson, Mrs. Fargo, and Mary Jean Brannum, Mrs. Medora.

Jamestown (CSi) The Mrs. North Dakota ~ America Pageant Weekend will be held on April 30th – May 2nd, 2015. Mary Schwartzkopf, Mrs. North Dakota-America 2011 who is the state director will be leading the event with her staff during the pageant weekend. There will be a Veterans Color Guard Presentation to open the Pageant with a Opening Ceremony…Alexis Barnick will entertain. This year’s Pageant Guest Visitor will be Mrs. Vermont 2014, Sera Anderson. She will be joining Eliza Potratz, Mrs. NDA 2014 to participate in the festivities here in Jamestown during the pageant weekend.

The 2015 Mrs. America Pageant is currently undergoing plans to be held in Russia. The State Winners from every state will compete in Russia, for Mrs. America 2015 in Moscow and Sevastopol this September. Keep watching the Mrs. America website for future developments the “First Runner-up Delegates” from every state may be involved in this year.
The Mrs. North Dakota ~ America Pageant is the official state preliminary to the national event. It is also a stage from which women in North Dakota can promote family values, women causes and local charities. Mrs. ND- America state pageant is for married women that are at least 18 years of age – 60 + . She must be legally married at the time of competition, a North Dakota resident and a U.S. citizen.

Mary Schwartzkopf, Mrs. North Dakota-America 2011 who is the state pageant director will be leading the festivities with her staff as well as a few Sister Queens (former Mrs. NDAs’) during the pageant weekend. The final pageant show is scheduled for Saturday at 7:00 pm, May 2nd at the Quality Inn & Suites in Jamestown, ND. This year’s venue is a Patriotic theme featuring Mrs. ND-America 2015, Eliza Potratz with her year’s theme…’Walk to Remember’.
Applications are still being accepted for local Titleholders to compete in the upcoming 2015 Mrs. ND-America Pageant. Deadline to compete is April 1st, with the final payment by April 11th, 2015. Mrs. ND- America state pageant is for married women that are at least 18 years of age – no age limit! She must be legally married at the time of competition, a North Dakota resident and a U.S. citizen.
