– Convicted sex offender changes Jmst address again

Jamestown (CSi) Jamestown Police is warning residents regarding a convicted sex offenders who has changed his address.

Matthew Jacob Lee Graham is a 26 year old white male, 5’11” tall weighing 172 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.

He currently has no vehicle.

On March 18, 2015 police report Graham now resides at 1018 4th Avenue, Southwest Apt #19, Jamestown, ND

He previously lived at 1610 Business Loop East, #2, Jamestown, ND

He previously resided at 517 4th Street NW , Jamestown ND

He previously lived at 223 1st Ave South Apt#4 in Jamestown.

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakot Risk Level Committee, of the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office.

His offense is listed as indecent exposure, stemming from exposing himself to a five year old male family friend.

He was convicted in April of 2004 in Kidder Count. Disposition: remanded to the Mesabi Academy treatment facility.

Graham is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.

Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
