Mar 20: El Zagal Fish Fry

Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown El Zagal Mystics 34^th Annual Fish Fry is set for Friday March 20, 2015 from 4:30-p.m. to 7:30-p.m., at the Gladstone Inn & Suites, Shady’s Banquet Room.

On Wednesday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, spokeman Craig Mehlhaff said, the fish fry is a major fundraiser, and that tickets are adults $15, 6-12 year olds $5, under 6 free.

Tickets are available at Shady’s Lounge or from any El Zagal Mystics member, or at the door.

He pointed out that the menu will consist of breaded Pollock, with beans coleslaw, potato, and ice cream for dessert. Also a choice of beverages will be offered.

He added that between Jamestown and Valley City there are 130 Shriners, serving the communities.

He also reminded that the Shrine Hospitals span 22 U.S. locations along with a hospital in Canada, and one in Mexico.

The hospitals serve youth and their families in specialize in the areas of orthopedics, burn units and more.

In the upper midwest the Shrine Hospital in the Twin Cities last year served 5,000 patients.
