JPDbadge Jamestown (CSi)  Jamestown Police is asking the public for any information in connection with  items reported stolen Friday last  afternoon from three cars belonging to members of the Jamestown High School track team.

Lt. Robert Opp says, between $3,000 and $4,000 worth of items were taken, including musical instruments, cellphones and tablet computers, while running the White Cloud trail as part of track practice, as the students left their unlocked cars parked near the North Dakota State Hospital.

The investigation is continuing. If anyone  has information they  are asked to call Jamestown Police  at 701-252-1000.
