Mary Rabideaux, 89, of Jamestown, died Tuesday March 24, 2015 at Eventide Hi-Acres Manor, Jamestown, ND. Mary was born in Dilworth, MN on 12-7-1925 to Suzie (Ricker) and Nick Moratis. Mary was the oldest of 9 brother and sisters. She attended Dilworth High School and graduated in 1943. She worked for the Government after graduating weeding rubber plants and then got a job at Dakota Paper in Fargo. Mary was married to James Rabideaux on 1-14-1947 and they lived in Fargo until moving to Jamestown in 1956. She was very proud to join the Catholic Church. She was a member of the Mother of Caprine Circle and then later Our Lady of Lourdes Circle. She was a faithful member of St. James Basilica, Jamestown. Mary was a stay at home Mom and raised six children, 3 boys and 3 girls. In 1977, she went back to work outside her home when she started at the Gladstone Inn. In 1979 she took a position at the Jamestown Hospital where she worked until her retirement in 1983. Mary loved to cook, bake and quilt but mostly spending time with her kids, 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Mary is survived by five children, Geni (Jim) Holben and their two sons, Nick and Zachary; Randy; Ron (Sarah) and their 3 children Tina (Jason) Gaffney, and their two children, Katherine and Marcus, Tony (April) and their two sons Landon and Cullen, Tori (Mike Block) and their two children Owen and Isabella; Dick and his two daughters, Amy (Shawn ) Nash, Ericka (Steve) Wentz and their two children Aubrey and Asa; Rita (Roy) Slupe and their 3 daughters, Cathy (Jason) Hedstrom and their two children Jana and Cody, Debbie (Tim) Nebosis and their two children Jonah and Laurel, and Sandi (Mike) Rux and their children Sabrina, Shawn, Logan, Ryan, Lane, Emma, Brett, Josiah, Evie and Elsie.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Roxane “Roxie” who passed in 1993 from cancer, her parents, two brothers, one sister, twin infant siblings, and sweet infant great grandchild, Cole.

Eucharist of Christian Burial: 1:30 p.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND with Monsignor Jeffrey Wald officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2015 at Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.

Vigil: 7:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2015 at Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown.
