 Dickey County Emergency Manager Charlie Russell,  says Dickey County will remain in a burn ban all summer.   No burning will be allowed when the county is in high, very high, or extreme on the fire index or when there is a red flag warning for the area. Local fire officials must be contacted if you are going to burn during a low are moderate index rating.
