MackelvertJamestown (CSi)  The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents regarding a conviced sex offender who has move back to Jamestown.

Elvert Deon Mack is residing at 911 4th Street, SE Apt #3, in Jamestown.  His vehicle is a white/purple 1994 GMC 2500 truck, with North Dakota license plate, KJK309

Mack is a 37 year old black male 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 184 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

His offenses include, indecent exposure, convicted in Waco, Texas, and gross sexual imposition, convicted in Burleigh County, North Dakota.

Mack  is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
