KCSi-T.V. News — An Illinois man was killed and his passenger injured in a rollover accident.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports the accident happened Friday evening (Nov 9, 2012) about 6:30-p.m., on McIntosh County Highway 13.
The SUV operated by 55 year old, Thomas Mcfall from Cary, Illinois was westbound, enroute to Hague for a hunting trip, when the vehicle left the icy roadway, and entered the north ditch, and rolled ejecting the driver, who was dead at the scene.
His 50 year old male passenger Stephen Peppa from Barrington, Illinois was wearing a seat belt, and was injured.
He was taken by Ashley Ambulance to Ashley Medical Center.
The accident remain under investigation.
