Jamestown (CSi) Thursday May 7, 2015, Jamestown Community Health Partnership will be hosting a session at the Law Enforcement Center lower level from 1-5 p.m.
The primary goal is to educate the community on the progress of the community health assessment that was completed in 2012 and also roll-out the newest results from the 2015 community health assessment survey.
Following the roll-out education, the community will be asked to help prioritize 4 top areas for the committee to focus on for the next 3 years.
Presenters scheduled are: representatives from Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Central Valley Health District, Dr. Steven Pickard North Dakota Department of Health, and Ken Hall UND Center for Rural Health.
