earthday logoValley City  (CSi)  Because of the rain, Wednesday’s VCSU Earth Day Festival will be moved inside the Rhoades Science Center, beginning at 5 p.m.

The festival, is free and open to the public.

A picnic supper will be served to the first 200 attendees compliments of Sodexo.
