Jamestown, ND  (KCSi-T.V. News)  —  Stutsman County has canvassed the June 12, 2012 election ballots. 

There were seven absentee ballots added to the count. Three came in by mail, and carried a post mark by Monday June 11, 2012 to be counted.  Four other ballots were received from military personnel and were added.

In the contested races:

Jamestown elected three City Council members.

Unofficial vote totals were:

Steve Brubakken 2015        after canvass:  2018
Jacqueline Dotzenrod 908  after canvass:  910
Jodie Mjoen 1321             after canvass:  1321
Charlie Kourajian 1968     after canvass:  1970
Samuel Upton 1093            after canvass:   1097

Winning the City Council seats were: Steve Brubakken, Charlie Kourajian, and Dan Buchanan.

Four Jamestown Public School Board members were elected.
