BordenAntonioJAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) – A mixed martial arts fighter from Jamestown is accused of choking and sexually assaulting a woman.

Twenty-one-year-old Antonio Borden faces three felony charges: gross sexual imposition, aggravated assault and terrorizing. He could face life in prison if convicted of the sex crime.

Court documents do not list an attorney for Borden and a telephone listing for him could not immediately be found.

Borden is accused of assaulting the woman after she gave him a ride home from a bar early Wednesday. The Bismarck Tribune reports that he denied assaulting her.

The newspaper reports that Borden is a 135-pound MMA fighter.

Borden received a scholarship to the University of Jamestown and wrestled for the Jimmies for a year in 2013. Since then Borden has competed in cage-fighting events in North Dakota.
