Hwy 1 W. of Cooperstown open, gravel

Bismarck  (CSi) ND Highway 1 from Binford to Hwy 200 west of Cooperstown is now open. A temporary gravel surface remains in place with speeds reduced to 45 mph until resurfacing with asphalt pavement can be completed. The roadway was temporarily closed to through traffic while maintenance crews replaced a centerline culvert.
