Annual JFD pancake breakfast July 11

Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department is will hold its 5th annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser, Saturday, July 11.

The breakfast will be from 7-a.m., to noon, at the City Fire Hall.

City Fire Chief Jim Reuther, funds raised will go toward the costs of new equipment.

Since the first year of the event, when about 700 individuals came for pancakes, the event has steadily grown.

Reuther says the breakfast is a way for individuals to learn more about the firefighters, see the station, and show their support.

Tickets are $7 for an individual and $20 for families.

Tickets can be purchased from any Jamestown Firefighter or at the door.
