Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department’s Ready Squad responded to a reported smell of smoke at Jamestown Regional Medical Center about 7-a.m., Friday.
In talking with the hospital’s physical plant manager, officials said the smell was a propane odor that was apparently drawn into the hospital’s ventilation system.
Officials believe that that propane smell was coming from an adjacent farm, west of the hospital.
