Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corporation (JSDC) board of directors, has approved renewing the office space lease.

UTC Aerospace Systems will pay about $3,800 per month in rent for an office building it leases from the JSDC.

The payment includes the lease payment to the Jamestown Regional Airport Authority and all applicable property taxes.

UTC has an option to purchase the building for $350,000 during the term of the lease.

UTC has leased the building since 2003.
