Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department was called to a fire behind Gun & Reel Sports in downtown Jamestown about 7:40 Wednesday evening. An empty snowmobile shipping crate was on fire.
Some soot damage was reported to the adjacent buildings. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Four city fire deparment units and 25 fire fighters were on the scene about a half hour. No injuries reported
