Sobriety NDHPFargo (CSi)  The North Dakota Highway Patrol conducted alcohol saturation patrols on Friday and Saturday in Dickey, Sargent, Ransom and LaMoure counties. Five drivers were arrested – three for DUI, one for driving under suspension and one for violating license restrictions. Sixteen citations and 14 warnings were issued.
