JFD called to backyard fire, Wed.

Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown City Fire Department was called out about 4:10-p.m., on Wednesday to the backyard of a residence at 1009 10^th Street Southeast.

Officials say the residents were burning wood pallets and the flames were shooting high into the air.

The owner was required to extinguish the fire.

The cause was illegal burning within the city limits. No injuries were reported. Time out 20 minutes.
