StutsheriffJamestown  (CSi)  The Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s  case of looking  into an incident involving the alleged illegal use of a Jet Ski by personnel from the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office may be moving forward next week.

Stutsman County sheriff, Chad Kaiser says,  an investigator from the North Dakota BCI is scheduled to be in Jamestown next week to question those involved.
The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department asked BCI to look into whether individuals were attempting to intimidate law enforcement officers when an anonymous report was made to the KVLY news hotline alleging that a photograph showed a sheriff’s deputy and the son of the sheriff using a county-owned jet ski. The report aired by KVLY on November  9, 2015, said the allegations of improper use of county property were false. Stutsman County does not own a jet ski and the photo was later proven to show the Jet Ski was owned by a relative of the sheriff.
