Jamestown (CSi) An altercation on Sunday at a Northeast Jamestown residence, led to the arrest of a couple who allegedly assaulted each other with weapons. The report says a knife and a fireplace poker were allegedly used in the altercation.
49 year old Rodney Dale Daulton, of 1003 5th Avenue Northeast apt number 4, was charged with four Class C felonies aggravated assault and three counts of terrorizing.
39 year old Barbara Lynn Daulton, of the same address, was charged with aggravated assault, a Class C felony.
They appeared in Southeast District Court before Judge John Greenwood Monday.
They are being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center after each did not post a $5,000 bond.
The maximum penalty for a Class C felony is five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
